Shep Scheinberg Honored for Serving his Country On Saturday, September 29, 2018, Shep Scheinberg , a TIR member, and 74 other veterans, were flown to Washington D.C. on Mission 18 of the Honor Flight from Florida’s Collier and Lee Counties. They visited war memorials, including Arlington National Cemetery and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Upon return, they were thanked for their service by 2,000 cheering spectators with bagpipes and bands playing.
